Auwzel Pious Return & Refund Policy

At Auwzel Pious, we strive for quality in every order. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product, and we’ll cover the replacement cost.

For lost shipments, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed, it will be returned, and reshipping costs will apply. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you choose to offer returns/exchanges to your customers, a new order must be placed at your expense.

Important Notes

  • Sealed items (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
  • EU Customers: Personalized items and unsealed hygiene products cannot be returned, in line with EU regulations.
  • If you haven't registered an account or added a billing method, any returned items due to address errors or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your cost.
